The Ideal Candidate: You’ve served as CMO or senior marketing leader in media, news, marketing, or entertainment sectors. You’ve grown digital audiences, scaled brand voice, and led strategies across website traffic, social media, direct advertising, and content marketing. As marketing initiatives expand, performance-based cash compensation will be added, with the opportunity to increase your involvement. The role is designed to evolve into a leadership position; initially as VP of Marketing, then CMO, based on measurable results in growth. If your marketing strategy directly drives sales, there's a clear path to transition into a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) role, where the CMO and VP of Sales would report to you. Ultimately, the position may advance to a board seat, with a focus on chairing the Marketing & Development Committee. How to Apply: Send your resume or LinkedIn and a short note on why this mission matters. If you’ve led a standout campaign or turnaround, we’d love to hear about it.
