Marketing & Growth Intern (AI + Social + Lead Gen) Location: Remote / Hybrid Type: Internship (Part-Time or Full-Time) Reports To: Founder / Growth Lead About the Role We’re looking for a high-initiative Marketing & Growth Intern who can help accelerate our audience growth across social media, email, and inbound lead generation systems. This role blends creativity, AI tooling, and digital marketing execution to build real revenue impact. If you’re driven, dependable, and excited to learn fast inside a high-velocity AI company—this is for you. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Social Media Growth • Build and grow followers across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok, and YouTube. • Research and deploy high-growth content formats, trends, and posting strategies. • Create short-form content, hooks, captions, and scripts (with or without AI tools). Email & Newsletter Expansion • Drive newsletter signups across all channels. • Build email list growth funnels using landing pages, CTAs, and lead magnets. • Manage list segmentation, tagging, and light email automation. Inbound Lead Generation • Help build AI-powered systems for top-of-funnel lead capture and nurturing. • Assist in creating and optimizing lead magnets, tripwires, and funnel steps. • Track traffic sources, UTM data, and performance metrics. AI Automation & Workflow Support • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Base44, Zapier/n8n, etc.) to automate repetitive tasks. • Support creation of automated social content workflows, posting systems, and nurture sequences. • Assist in building dashboards that summarize inbound data and performance. Copywriting & Content Support • Write compelling copy for posts, landing pages, short scripts, and email assets. • Draft persuasive messaging that drives engagement, clicks, and conversions. • Maintain brand voice across all channels. ⸻ Requirements • Experience growing social media accounts (personal or brand). • Familiarity with email list building, newsletters, or list-growth tactics. • Comfort using modern AI tools for content, research, and automations. • Strong writing skills, with an understanding of persuasive copy. • Basic knowledge of funnels, CTAs, and lead generation fundamentals. • High business acumen—understands buyers, markets, and digital attention. • Extremely dependable, professional, and self-managed. • Team-oriented and willing to collaborate on fast-moving priorities. ⸻ Bonus Skills (Nice to Have) • Experience with Go High Level, Kajabi, Skool, Base44, or similar platforms. • Graphic design or video editing (Canva, CapCut, or AI video tools). • Analytics, dashboards, or data-driven decision making. • Paid ads understanding (Meta, TikTok, YouTube). ⸻ What You’ll Gain • Hands-on experience inside a real AI-driven growth operation. • Mentorship directly from the founder and growth leadership team. • Portfolio of measurable accomplishments in social, email, and automation. • Opportunity for long-term full-time role based on performance.
