Who I am: I've owned and run my own business for 30 years (founded it at 20). I've grown revenue close to 100% in a single year, run a regional operation to $40M in deal volume as Operating Partner, and sourced, structured, and integrated an add-on acquisition that paid back its down payment in nine months. I've lived the operator's grind, the building and running, not just the buying. Where I add value: I take high-value work off the plate of the person running the company. Marketing and growth, business development, and M&A support (sourcing, evaluating, and integrating add-ons). I bring owner-level judgment to all of it, because I've been the owner, but I'm looking to plug into a team rather than run the whole show. I work AI-native and move easily between setting strategy and doing the work myself. What I'm looking for: A remote or fractional role where I can be genuinely useful to a busy operator or investor. Open on structure, full or part-time, and on where I plug in. I'm in New Hampshire, within range of Boston for occasional in-person.
