Position Overview We are seeking Marketing Interns to help grow Global Delta Securities’ brand presence, expand outreach efforts, and develop content strategies that highlight our research and advisory work. Marketing Interns will play a key role in managing communications, engaging with our audience across platforms, and supporting recruitment initiatives. After demonstrating three months of strong performance, interns will have the opportunity to transition into roles within Equity Research, M&A Advisory, or Investment teams, gaining direct exposure to client and transaction work. Responsibilities - Develop and execute marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, newsletters, and other digital channels - Create and design content to promote equity research reports, market insights, and firm initiatives - Support recruitment and branding efforts by coordinating outreach to prospective candidates and partners - Track engagement metrics and refine strategies to maximize visibility and impact - Collaborate with research and advisory teams to translate complex financial concepts into accessible marketing content - Assist with internal communications and event promotion What You’ll Gain - Hands-on experience in digital marketing, brand building, and strategic communications Exposure to equity research, portfolio management, and M&A advisory initiatives - Opportunity to transition into research or advisory roles after three months of strong performance - Development of content creation, data analysis, and professional communication skills - Understanding of how marketing and outreach drive growth in financial services organizations Preferred Qualifications - Strong interest in finance, marketing, or strategic communications - Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and familiarity with Canva, Adobe, or other design tools is a plus - Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills - Creative thinker with the ability to present financial concepts in an engaging way
