Is anyone interested or searching for martech businesses? I work on media deals and would be interested in speaking to people about the landscape and the most impactful technologies.

Martech is probably one of the most difficult industries to enter. Thousands of companies fighting over the same marketing dollars, very high churn and CAC. You're completely in the hands of a handful of trillion-dollar companies who can change their policies on a whim and just wipe you out. Plus, there's also the threat of OpenAI releasing a new feature and making your whole industry obsolete - like what's happened to copywriting.

With that said, I think there are still good opportunities in Martech. Servicing very niche and specialized industries (think healthcare, gambling, financial services, etc.) is a good play right now. I would stay away from anything too broad and generalized.

Have looked at some; happy to talk. I'm also in NYC (based in Brooklyn). Agree with Ola; there are riches in the niches and be very careful about high churn.
