MASA Fundraise

Hi - I am buddies with the owner of MASA chips, which has been a really great story in the CPG space. They're cash flow positive and targeting $75m run-rate revenue by year-end. Financials embedded in the post are est. run-rate from last monthly update I received. Founders are currently looking to raise via SAFE with a minimum investment of $100k. New investors will roll in with the series A on their prior terms/valuation. Targeting a $20m raise, with $6.8m funded thus far. Investors will come in at $150m post-money valuation.
