I am seeking advice on how to best send ~300 emails to prospective sellers. What tools and processes are people using that minimize the risk of hitting the spam filter and doesn't require a complex and expensive setup and management process. I have heard positive things about Instantly, but that tools seems to be for people sending out 1K+ emails aday. Are there better options for smaller and less frequent sends?

1.) Set up the DKIM, DMARC, and SPF properly. 2.) Warm up your email by using a tool like warmbox.ai, or similar. 3.) Learn good email practices on what words/formats/links to avoid in your email in order to avoid spam filters. 4.) Slowly ramp up the quantity of email sent over a couple weeks to a couple months. 5.) Keep the number of emails sent per day under ~###-###-#### Clean up the data you are using for email addresses, and if you see a high number of email bounces then change your data source all together.

First research email warmup, when you create a new email account or even use an existing one that SUDDENLY starts sending out hundreds of emails - email service providers and Google will blacklist your email and all of your sent messages will automatically be sent to spam and will never reach their inbox. There are many techniques in warming up your email to send hundreds per day- too many to list in a comment. There are also some free and paid services that will warm up your email for you. Just don't start sending hundreds of emails right off the bat
