Job Description: We are seeking ambitious and driven MBA students or recent graduates to join our team as M&A Interns. This is an exciting opportunity to gain real-world experience and develop your skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As an M&A Intern, you will work closely with our experienced team, contributing to various aspects of the deal-making process, including research, analysis, and client interaction. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify potential acquisition targets and investment opportunities. - Assist in financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence processes. - Prepare presentations, reports, and other documentation for internal and client use. - Support the team in deal negotiations and execution. - Participate in client meetings and calls, gaining exposure to high-level business discussions. - Collaborate with team members on various projects and initiatives. Qualifications: - Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA with a focus on finance, business, or a related field. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong interest in Mergers & Acquisitions and investment banking.
