We are seeking 1–2 MBA interns to support deal sourcing and help build a novel ETA pilot program in partnership with Quantum Legacy Partners, a firm dedicated to developing the next generation of entrepreneurial acquirers through hands-on, real-world search experience.
MBA interns will serve as Lead Interns, managing and mentoring a team of undergraduate interns while working directly with the firm’s founder. This is a hands-on opportunity for MBA students interested in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and entrepreneurship through acquisition (ETA).
Responsibilities include:
- Researching and benchmarking best practices of existing ETA and EIR programs
- Leading and mentoring undergraduate interns on sourcing and research projects
- Identifying and profiling target companies across various industries
- Maintaining CRM data and preparing outreach materials
- Mapping market landscapes and identifying key decision-makers
- Supporting due diligence and investment committee preparation
This is an unpaid, remote internship requiring 10–20 hours per week for approximately 10 weeks. It offers meaningful exposure to private equity sourcing, leadership experience, and ETA operations in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment in collaboration with Quantum Legacy Partners.
