Your Profile You are considering the search fund path and looking to see what it is really like to operate one in real life. You are eager to roll up your sleeves and get working from day-one on all aspects of a live deal under LOI. - MBA or professional with 5+ years of experience. (Please do not apply if you do not meet this criteria!) - Consulting background (you are in love with PowerPoint), or/and - PE background (you are in love with Excel) - Strong English communication skills (French is NOT required) What's waiting for you You duties may includes but not be limited to: - Conducting Commercial DD - Drafting investment memo - LBO modeling - Deal management - Stakeholder management - Value creation plan - 100-day plan Short-term internships are welcome (3 weeks minimum).
