MBA or Undergraduate Intern for Investment Firm Focused on ETA

Quantum Legacy Partners is an entrepreneurial private equity firm that buys and invests in exceptional companies poised for long-term, sustainable growth. We are seeking MBA and Undergraduate Interns to support deal sourcing and help build a novel ETA pilot program. This is a hands-on opportunity for students interested in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and entrepreneurship through acquisition (ETA), working directly with the firm’s founder. Responsibilities include: - Researching and benchmarking best practices of existing ETA and EIR programs - Identifying and profiling target companies across various industries - Maintaining CRM data and preparing outreach materials - Mapping market landscapes and identifying key decision-makers - Supporting due diligence and investment committee preparation This is an unpaid, remote internship requiring 10–20 hours per week for approximately 10 weeks. It offers meaningful exposure to private equity sourcing and ETA operations in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
