My air conditioning contracting business unfortunately has some customers who refuse to pay under different pretexts, so I need to develop a legally sound process to stimulate them to pay their bills. Some of these customers are commercial, some are private residential. Any other ideas, like using collection agencies that specialize in trades, or any other processes that proved to be effective and reasonably quick, are also appreciated.
