Med Spa - Physician Partners

Anyone here acquired a med spa? If so, what was the best way for you to engage physician partners (sourcing, vetting, etc.)?

I have been cold emailing spas and have a few in sight. It is a good industry, but it is hard to find several clinics that are not already overpriced. Very state dependent on regulations.

Cold call/email are best for engagement. Vetting will take place once conversations are taking place. Sourcing is simple. Use the databases UT has available to generate a list based off your criteria.
