Selling this deal: Med-spa under LOI 1.7M EBIDTA 7.5MM Purchase Price

Hi all, 

I have aMed-spa with 4 locations under LOI 1.7M EBIDTA 7.5MM Purchase Price. Its a great deal and company. I'm selling the deal because I'm starting my own business. This would be hard to qualify with a SBA loan. Only serious inquires will be reviewed and people with private equity experience will be preferred.

I am evaluating two other medical spas in the general area that are potential bolt on opportunities with my wife's (a physician) existing medical aesthetics business. We have our own equity and debt capacity in addition to strong relationships with our banks (non-SBA) and network of HNW/small family office.
