Medical Device Distribution Experience - Canada & USA

We are working on a deal for a medical device distribution business with operations in Canada and the US. The company primarily sells diagnostic equipment directly to clinics. Equipment is <$25k so they don't sell through hospital buying groups in Canada. We have completed due diligence and are currently raising capital.
