Medical esthetic clinic legal structure- CPOM laws

Hello, Search community- I wondered if anyone here has done a deal in the Medical aesthetic clinic in a state with strict corporate practice of medicine laws. I am looking at one in the state of IL. Existing medical director doesn’t want to stay as a medical director after acquisition. I wondered if anyone has gone through the setting up of an MSO and PLLC structure, finding a replacement. Currently negotiating LOI on these terms.
