Medical Practices: Markeing & Sourcing

I'm looking to physician-entrepreneurs and private equity folks that are in the healthcare services space (medical practices). Would love to understand marketing and referrals a bit: what has worked / what hasn't. We are in the mental health / psychiatry space. We transacted on an equity deal and it's still in the first few months. Can share our experience (and challenges) and share numbers / metrics! We're using an agency for part of outreach. Thinking through the next transaction also. Would love to hear how to find deals in this area!

Local SEO, paid digital on search + social media, and physicians liaison programs, if done well, can all drive leads to a practice. Additionally make sure your provider listings on the insurance payor rosters are kept up to date / accurate. Some insurance payors guide are more active in steering their members to care so it could be important to build relationships with their care coordinators.
