Melbourne-Based Looking to Connect with Acquisition Advisors for SME's

Hi everyone, I've been following the Australian search and acquisition community for a while and thought it was time to introduce myself. I'm based in Melbourne and have spent the last 10+ years working in telecoms and infrastructure delivery across Australia and the UK. Over the past few months I've been actively educating myself on business acquisitions and developing my acquisition criteria, with the goal of acquiring and operating an SME in the future. As I'm still in the early stages of the journey, I'm looking to connect with accountants and financial professionals who have experience supporting acquisition entrepreneurs through the deal process, including: Financial due diligence Quality of earnings reviews Identifying financial red flags Deal structuring considerations General guidance for first-time acquirers If you've worked with someone you'd highly recommend, or if you're an advisor with experience in this space, I'd love to connect.
