My academic and pre-MBA work experience is in data and analytics (Machine Learning, IoT, Big Data, Cloud etc). I know there are SMBs that do this type of work and sell subscription or service B2B. I'm wondering if there are best practices in valuating these types of companies. For example, traditional SaaS uses CaC/LTV. Can someone point me in the right direction on where I can get smart on valuating say data enterprise software or services
