Mezz Financing $25M

Seeking $25M mezz financing for a consumer goods business in the pet sector (Business to Consumer) doing $50M in revenue and $8M in EBITDA. Management team staying on. $50M purchase price, 20% being brought as seller financing and earn-out. Would need a group who could move quick.
