Michigan Partner Dispute

We have a client that is seeking to buyout his co-member (minority interest holder). Unfortunately, even after our presentment of a valuation that all parties agreed to be fair, the co-member wants more capital to exit. This scenario is made worst by there not being an Operating Agreement between them. Can someone ping me if they're interested in discussing this or know of a GREAT attorney who can help.
Thanks,
