Mortgage Lenders to Refi SBA

Hello,

Took and SBA out to financing a commercial property. Want to refi the property back to 25 years and at a lower rate. SBA is 10% IR and current mortgage rates are closer to 6.5/7%. Any suggested lender would be incredibly helpful.
