MSO setup for law firms

My firm have experience here, worked on 3 sell sides in legal, as well as buy side interim CFO for one of the first roll-ups in the space. We focus on the finance side of things and our partners in the private equity legal alliance (PELA) support operations, MSO creation, ethics opinions etc. Happy to chat if you are going deeper in this space.
