MSOs for Law Firms: Looking for Partner Firms

My partners and I are about to finalize our raise of a committed capital vehicle to launch a unique strategy in the legal space. Using the managed services organization structure from medical/dental/accounting/RIAs, we are looking to partner with outstanding law firms that meet the criteria below. If you own a firm and are interested in talking or if you know a firm owner interested in talking and would make an introduction, we'd love to chat. Criteria: - We want firms that are looking for a partner for growth - Who are interested in maintaining a large equity stake - With growing revenue over the last 3 years - Less than 4 equity partners who have a controlling stake - A practice or practices that serves small and mid-sized businesses or their owners - And who can commit to at least the next 5 years with us We want great cultures and great lawyers.
