A lot of activity here. Biggest challenge I am finding is that PE has done such a poor job with the existing roll ups that many MSPs are choosing to stay in a holding pattern. MSPs who've been acquired are unhappy that their commonly referred to "PE Overlords" have had little regard for the owners or existing employees which has resulted in a lot of churn, and an overall negative sentiment toward the rollup approach. However, there is great opportunity for sure so trust is a huge factor in pulling these deals together.

When I was searching 5 years ago - LMM/MM PE backed players like Evergreen services group were doing 1 acquistion a week. Would imagine PE Is getting mature in the space so deals are competitive.
