I owned an MSP for 7+ years and sold it inredactedI have sold several for clients since, have one currently listed in TN, and have a private money lender that could be a fit. They do get SBA approval so if the reason you are looking for non-SBA is because you don't qualify they wont be interested (nor will most non-SBA lenders).
