Hi all - does anyone have any detail on typical valuations paid for providers of behavioral health services (e.g., mental health, learning disabilities, autism, etc.)? Looking to get a sense of multiples on precedent transactions

How are you structuring the acquisition of a practice of providers? If you are in NY, there is strong enforcement of the Corporate Practice of Medicine. As a non-clinician, I'm trying to work through this myself and would be interested in learning how you are going about it.
