My startup story - 22 y/o with nothing but confidence -> 7 figure (revenue) operator

TLDR: Conviction and Grit are the keys that gave me the confidence to quit my job and get started as an entrepreneur. "I was sitting in my boss's office at my first job ever, about to explain why I had quit 10 minutes earlier. The VP walked in - not happy. At the time, I was 22 years old, fresh out of college, working at a Fortune 500 company. That year, I was running at 360% of quota, a top performer in the region, and had closed the largest deal in the country for my role that January. On paper, leaving made no sense. But something didn’t fit - the truth is, I did not want to work for someone else - I was looking for leverage, ownership, and creative freedom to build a brand that represented me and what I believe in. I made the decision to tell them I was quitting and going to become a business owner while driving into the office. The meeting was tough. They could not understand why I was quitting, even after I admitted I had no business plan, operating experience, or savings, yet I was choosing to become a business owner. The only two things I had in that moment were conviction and a delusional optimism that I would figure it out no matter what. That was years ago. My original conviction back in that office as a 22 year old turned into Big League Clean. We’ve had more failures than I can count, and many lessons learned the hard way. But through that time, we learned how to structure, operate, and build BLC into the brand and product it is today, with the conviction that we’re building a nationwide cleaning business"
