NAV Borrowing?

I'm looking for a lender who will lend based on the equity value I own in privately held companies / using private company equity as security. This is a common product for positions in public equities but less so in small to medium-sized private companies. Does anyone have experience with a lender who is good at doing this?

Leveraging interests in privately held companies is challenging but not impossible. I have heard of it being done. The main issues are valuation, marketability, and visibility. Good luck finding a lender. Please send them my way if you do.
