Can anyone share experiences or recommend lenders that handle simultaneous acquisitions with significant EBITDA?

Simultaneous acquisitions via sba are possible if they are related in some way. We have helped clients buy same industry businesses in different cities. We have helped clients buy different industry businesses in the same city. The businesses need to meet SBA requirements like DSCR above 1.15 and PG etc. Would love to help you with your SBA loan. We work with all the major SBA lenders the bank pay us after your loan closes, so this is a 100% free service for you. I agree with Ishan. You can do multiple acquisitions at the same time using SBA financing, and you can also do them via conventional financing. Typically much easier to get done if the businesses are related, especially with SBA financing, but you can also do them with non-SBA financing. Happy to get on a call to discuss options at any time.
