Navy vet looking for potential equity backers

Hello,

I am a Navy EOD vet about to launch a solo search in the Charlotte area. I am looking for a manufacturing or services business and will be financing with an SBA loan, but I will need some help to fill the equity gap. I will start searching in earnest once I move to Charlotte at the end of this month, and I'd love to get to know you a little before I start looking at deals. Looking for a bit of mentorship too if I'm honest - can use all the help I can get.

Hey Steve.
I am in Charlotte and working through legal for my third acquisition now.
Happy to discuss if you like, but would recommend you start your search first. And before you move.
Almost all equity investors will want to discuss a deal that you at least have under LOI first.
This group is a great resource as well.
Searching through the many options will help you narrow down your targets.
