NDA - Buyer personal liability even with Buyer LLC signature

Curious if it's expected to see in a broker's NDA that the buyer is personally liable, even if he/she signs the NDA through an LLC ** the NDA language as a reference: " If the Buyer is a partnership, corporation, LLC, or any other business entity, the person signing on behalf of the Buyer hereby personally guarantees performance of this Agreement"
