How have people handled NDA's with interns?  Has anyone designed an NDA specifically for interns to sign prior to sharing dealbooks or target financials?  I realize the majority of the NDA's Searchers sign naturally extend the confidentiality to our advisors, employees, investors, etc.  Just seeing if anyone has taken any additional steps to stress the legal nature.  Some interns working remotely are working with more than one Search Fund with similar target criteria.  Thanks.

I used an NDA with our interns as well. Depending on age/experience, it's a good habit to teach them that may not be part of their operating assumptions - the specifics of what you learn about the companies we work with is highly confidential information. That was a good 101 level lesson to teach our undergrad interns in their first finance job.

Great question. I have my interns or any employee on boarding to sign an NCNDA as the first part of the ir on boarding process and then also an ethics agreement for any stakeholders joining our organization. I'd love to compare notes with Musa Pam and Ridge Choi.
