Need £100k investment in a roll up acquisition

Hi All - We have an active roll-up acquisition in the jewellery sector in the UK. Just about to close a £2M acquisition. Leading high street banks are funding the initial consideration. We need £100k as working capital. Roll-up exit plan in 5 years with a £50m+ exit. We have just signed up with a boutique investment bank for a £10m investment. More details can be shared.
