Need a $1.2M loan asap - HELP!

Hi everyone, I have a business I am acquiring where the lender has recently fallen through with only a month or so to close. The seller will likely allow things to push back a month or two but I need to come up with a solution ASAP. Looking for commercial and/or conventional loans that can make up $1.2M.
