Need financial person for engineering & construction companies

I'm looking for a recommendation for 1-2 people with accounting, investment banking & capital raising (debt /equity) background in the engineering and construction industry. Projects are primarily in the public sector and some private sector work. For government work: FAR, DCAA, DCMA acct standards are helpful.

Also - I'm looking for recommendations for deal partners within national accounting firms that understand Govcon. Please DM me!
