Need Help Giving My Enterprise Pricing a Face Lift

I would love some feedback and/or assistance in building out a better Enterprise Pricing for my Corporate Product


My Company:

Digital group fitness platform with over 1500 workouts ranked the best fitness platform for variety. We already have established corporate clients offering access to our platform to their employees as a part of their corporate wellness program. So we aren't new to this space. But the corporate pricing structure needs a face lift




Issues with current pricing:


PEPM was almost never selected

Flat Rate pricing over the last 2 years has led to below average employee engagement. This pricing disincentives companies from promoting this corporate wellness program. When more of their employees sign up our program gets more expensive. This ultimately leads to low response rates from corporate point of contacts when we attempt to check in and assist with increased engagement then lack of communication between us Low engagement has led to companies deciding to not renew our service.



Goal for new Pricing:


Increase employee engagement

Motivate corporations to promote and communicate the benefit to their employees to encourage and drive engagement

Improve client retention (keeping clients)
