Need investor with great network amongst US tech/online companies

We have an option to buy a European tech/online company which is the market leader in its field in the country (doesn’t mean much in revenue terms, ie approx $ 1m). In our mind, this is the perfect acquisition for a competitor or adjacent company from abroad to get a big market share in the country incl access to local governmental orders (similar takeovers in the space where done at massive mark-ups to what we can buy the company for).

We are therefore looking for two things – (a) capital (approx $250 - 350k) to acquire a majority and integrate a smaller competitor; and (b) someone with a great network in North America in the specific sector in order to flip the company.
