Need investors for ~$8M deal of private online school in Florida

Anyone interested in investing in Education?

The deal: 100% acquisition of private online school managed out of Florida focused on home-schooling high-net-worth individuals and athlete's children globally. The operator would be the current CFO and he is looking for financing options since he is not American and cant access SBA loans. Already negotiated approx. 50% of the value as a seller note (6 years out) so we only need $4M in cash. Current owner will accompany the new managers for 2 years.

The idea is to close the transaction in the next 4-6 months.
