Need SBA, SR and JR debt lenders/providers that are not brokers for preliminary walk through of what is specifically needed for financing deals north of $5M and $10M

I have been provided various conflicting information that I need resolved and need to be hard fact before speaking to others regarding financing and for formulating my own deal structures. thx
