Need suggestion on picking the right kind of internship

Hi All, my goal is to get into EIR/OIR at a search accelerator or PE firm, after MBA (which I am 75% done) . I have been networking with folks in these areas and landed with 2 internship opportunities : one to partner with a traditional searcher who just got started and another with an emerging, family-owned investment firm, a team of 5, to develop their deal pipeline. I was hoping to get some suggestion on which is a better opportunity or what to look or when deciding.
