Needed: Banking Relationship

We are looking for a banking relationship for the long haul. We are a staffing company.

Our current banking relationship was good while we were smaller, but they do not appear to understand / are not comfortable with growth through acquisition models.

Are there banks out here who understand both staffing and acquisition models?

Please share if you are / you know of any who have experience in this area....
