Hi Everyone,

Does anyone have experience in acquiring NEMT businesses? I'm hoping to connect with folks who have done so in the past (specifically to hear thoughts around specialized diligence, landmines to keep an eye out for, etc.). Of course, anyone with industry experience outside of an acquisition setting would be great to hear from too!
