We are a new independent sponsor group (1-2x deals under LOI but with a need to expand the pipeline).

Can you suggest any good, reliable sources to find private company revenues?

We have historically used LinkedIn Sales Navigator and approximated revenues by employee counts but finding this to be quite inaccurate.

They don't exist. Have to understand the industry and identify specific proxies for revenue and go from there

Hi there! From my experience, it depends on the country in which you are searching. In the UK, the revenue is publically reported even for private companies. In the USA it is a little more challenging. I find the best solution when prospecting in the USA is to just having a conversation with the owners. You can spend ages researching, when the fastest path is to just have a conversation with the owner and begin to develop a rapport. Again, this is just my experience. Curious to hear tools others are using and learn.
