Hi Searchfunder community! I'm Jennifer, based in Central Texas, and I'm excited to finally be here. I've spent 25 years in software — sales, marketing, and M&A — most recently as CRO at a K-12 SaaS company where I helped scale the business and shepherd it through a successful exit to a top-3 PE firm. Now I'm on the other side of that equation, actively evaluating acquisition targets with a focus on EdTech and vertical SaaS businesses in the $1M-$2M Revenue range, with a preference for established Texas-based or remote/relocatable companies. I'd love to hear about anything in the space that might be a fit, and I am more than willing to offer a second set of eyes when a CRO's perspective on a software business might be helpful.
