Happy almost new year! Searchers, what are your best 2-3 metrics for monitoring the search process, particularly a region-focused search?  I have a number of meetings per week and referral goals in mind, but interested if current or past searchers have any other good suggestions for tracking.

Helpful thread and comments. Agree with the seller meeting sentiment, reviewing CIMs can provide a false sense of progress which I've learned in practice.
