Hello all! I'm finally coming out of stealth to announce my new start-up - www.etamatch.com
I've been working with brokers and sellers over the past six months as well as psychologists to develop the first searchfunder targeted personality tests to bring sellers and buyers together.
In simple terms - we provide a quick personality test (5 min) and then we use your profile to match you with the right sellers or buyers based on business needs, business ethics, and strategic acumen.
I'm doing a lot of free trials right now! Brokers and sellers can both sign up for free, and I'll provide a 2 match report for free.
For buyers - if you sign up with a university email address, I'll put you on our database for free for the first year (regularly $25/year).

Have been doing work in this space for decades, I don't recall deals going sideways or falling apart because one side or the other hadn't had a personality assessment. Personality conflicts are part of the game.
My advice to everybody is buyers should talk to all sellers and sellers should talk to all buyers, but quickly screen the unworthy, and then move on. Don't limit yourself upfront.

I'm working on this bug right now, it's very interesting that you are seeing it so I'm working to fix it. I totally appreciate your response here, I built this with a few brokers based on some of there experiences, and to leverage as a "first pass filter" when looking at many buyers. I really appreciate your experience here, and would love to learn more from you based on your insight!
