From Exit to Acquisition: New to Community and Looking to Connect

I’m Joel, an entrepreneur with a track record of scaling and exiting high-growth businesses. My last venture was a solo-founded, multi-state fleet and automotive services company with a recurring revenue model and vertical integration across gig economy car rentals, vehicle logistics, and mechanical/body shops. That business was acquired in an 8-figure, private equity-backed deal by a strategic buyer.

Now, I’m focused on acquiring and operating a portfolio of small to lower middle-market companies (EBITDA $750K–$5M+) and exploring the launch of a search fund to acquire and scale businesses with strong fundamentals and growth potential.

I’m particularly interested in connecting with experienced PE professionals—those with deep experience in underwriting, deal structuring, financing, and bank negotiations—as well as seasoned operators looking to collaborate on acquisitions and long-term value creation.
