New to the SEARCHFUNDER community

Hello everyone!
I'm new to the community and just wanted to throw out a quick introduction.

My team and I are looking to acquire commercial construction related companies in and around the Atlanta area. We may consider all of GA or neighboring states depending on the companies' specific details. We are creating a rollup of companies and are still in search for the following companies: Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Roofing, Framing. We currently have a general contractor under contract to purchase and are finalizing the LOI details for a drywall company.

We are also finalizing a pitch deck for a $5M capital raise to assist with these acquisitions. We will be happy to share the details once it is complete in the next week or two but can go ahead and setup connections with accredited private investors and get the required NDAs in place so we can immediately share the deck upon its completion.
