It catalogues all unutilized business assets and creates micro-businesees around them to create new revenue streams. It does for business what AirBnB does for homeowners. It's 100% free to use right now, it won't be for long. You dont 'have' to upload a CIM or any proprietary data, but if you know what assets a business has, let the tool know, and see what it comes up with.
